History

Xuzhou is the city of Jiangsu Province, China. It was know as Pengcheng in the ancient times. The civilization of the city has taken thousands of years and owns the history of architecture of more than two thousands years. Xuzhou is the biggest city in the north part of Jiangsu. In the period of three kingdoms, Xuzhou was the city that was highly desired by kings in different countries. It is due to that the special geographic location in China. Xuzhou is one of the most important traffic centers from the north side to the south side in China. The traffic connection between the two big cities, Beijing and Shanghai, improve the traffic development of Xuzhou. Most of the high-speed rails in the eastern China will stop and pass across Xuzhou. That is another reason why the growth of the economy has been speed up.

The weather can be easily separated into four seasons. There is not the extreme weather condition in the winter and summer. Spring

Flowers are blooming in the spring season. The most adorable pattern will be sakura. The residents will come from the neighbor cities to enjoy the beauty of sakura in Pengzu Garden. You can’t miss the flowers that all the way come from Japan.

Summer

Xuzhou has two famous man-made lakes. The first one is Yunlong Lake, which is the oldest and biggest lake in Xuzhou. People from other cities will mark Yunlong Lake as a must to go place. Dalong Lake is the new lake in eastern part of Xuzhou. It provides the residents live in the eastern part have a great place to spend with family members. It also a good idea to spend the whole night camping near the lake and enjoy the night view.

Autumn

Xuzhou has six counties. Each of them has unique landscape to visit. Luliang is located in the southwestern of Xuzhou. The rape flower attracts many visitors drive from the city center to the suburbs in autumn. It just take 30 minutes to drive from the city center and enjoy the yellow world at the corner of the city.
